- Communication records — emails or calls between you and us regarding property enquiries.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device and pages visited, collected via cookies (see Section 5).
We do not collect special category data, and we never sell your data to third parties.
3. Why we use your data (legal basis)
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — to respond to your property enquiry and send you a tailored shortlist.
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — to operate, secure and improve the website.
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — to comply with Spanish and EU law, including real estate and anti-money-laundering regulations where applicable.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months after our last contact, after which it is deleted unless a business relationship or legal requirement requires otherwise.
5. Cookies & consent
On your first visit, a consent banner lets you choose "Accept All" or "Essential Only". Non-essential cookies are not set until you accept. Your choice is stored locally and can be changed at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.
